N98 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the n98 platform, website, mobile app, and all services offered under the n98 brand (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). These Terms take effect as soon as you first access or use the Platform.

By using the Platform, you expressly agree that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms.
• You agree to comply with all rules and conditions stated herein.
• You meet all eligibility criteria set by n98.
• You are using the Platform of your own free will and with full understanding of the associated risks.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately and contact the n98 support team to close your account.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the n98 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. n98 conducts age verification as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Legal capacity: You must be a legally capable individual able to enter into a binding agreement.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including full name, ID number, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

N98 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Failure to provide the requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the account being suspended or closed until verification is complete.

3Account Security Responsibilities

As the account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Ensure your account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party.
• Ensure you log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify n98 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or your password has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Do not allow others to use your account under any circumstances.

N98 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity that occurs within your account will be considered your own until you report otherwise to n98.

N98 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, phone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a fraudulent attempt.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

N98 supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, and Bank Islam.

Deposit:

• The minimum and maximum deposit per transaction are as stated in the platform's financial section at the time the transaction is made.
• All deposits must be made from a financial account held in the name of the registered member only.
• N98 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as a third-party deposit will be returned and the account in question may be suspended for investigation.
• Deposits are typically processed and credited to your n98 account within the timeframe specified, depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawal:

• All withdrawals will be processed to a financial account in the same name as registered with n98.
• Before the first withdrawal is approved, members are required to complete the full identity verification (KYC) process.
• N98 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification purposes before approving any withdrawal.
• Any attempt to circumvent the KYC process or submit forged documents will result in account closure and potential legal action.

5Bonus & Promotions

N98 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to provide added value to our members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following specific terms:

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus received must fulfil the specified wagering (rollover) requirements before a withdrawal can be made. Rollover rates vary by bonus type.
• Validity period: All bonuses have a specified validity period. Bonuses not redeemed within that period will expire automatically.
• One active bonus at a time: Members may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Multiple account prohibition: Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, household, IP address, and device. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of all bonuses and closure of all associated accounts.

6Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final once completed and cannot be altered or disputed on technical grounds or due to misunderstanding of the rules.
• Any game interrupted due to a technical disruption will be resolved in accordance with the disconnection policy established by n98.
• In the event of a software error or system malfunction resulting in incorrect game outcomes, n98 reserves the right to void the affected game and refund the original wager.
• Minimum and maximum bets for each game are as stated in that game's interface.
• N98 ensures that all games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) to guarantee fairness in every round.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n98 Platform and will result in immediate action, including account closure, fund seizure, and potential legal proceedings:

• Fraud and forgery: Using a false identity, forged documents, or misleading information in any part of the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to transfer, conceal, or "clean" money derived from illegal activities.
• Use of bots and automated software: Using any software, script, or bot to automate gameplay, bonus claims, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Software vulnerability exploitation: Attempting to exploit any bug, vulnerability, or error in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Sponsorship or joint participation: Coordinated strategies across multiple accounts to influence game outcomes or avoid wagering risk.
• Multiple accounts: Owning, controlling, or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Copyright infringement: Copying, distributing, or using any Platform content without written permission from n98.

8Account Suspension & Closure

N98 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified timeframe.
• Activities suspected to be fraudulent, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified in n98's inactive account policy.

Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the n98 support team. Once a closure request is received, any valid account balance will be processed for withdrawal to the member's registered financial account after all conditions have been met.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, n98 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation and applicable legal requirements.

9Privacy & Data Protection

N98 takes the protection of each member's personal data seriously. All personal information collected is processed in accordance with the n98 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you agree that n98 may collect, process, and store your personal information for the following purposes:

• Management and verification of your account.
• Processing of financial transactions.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Fraud prevention and platform security.
• Service communications and relevant promotions (with your consent).

10Liability Limits

N98 provides the Platform "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the Platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, n98 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform, including betting losses.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, unavoidable technical disruptions, or unforeseen events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
• Any decision you make based on information available on the Platform.

The maximum liability of n98 to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11Responsible Gaming

N98 is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be purely a form of entertainment and not a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

The n98 platform provides the following self-management tools for all members:

• Deposit limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Loss limit: Set a maximum loss limit for your chosen period.
• Session time limit: Limit your gaming session duration to prevent excessive use.
• Cool-off period: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Register for a long-term self-exclusion if you feel you need a more extended break.

12Amendment of Terms & Applicable Law

N98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

For material amendments, n98 will endeavour to provide advance notice to members via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through n98's internal process before any further action is taken.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
